Welcome to ConnectWise View™! ConnectWise View troubleshoots on-site issues through the camera of a user's mobile device.
License requirements
In order to have access to ConnectWise View within ScreenConnect, your instance requires a Premium license package. See our instructions for changing a cloud license for more information.
Tip: If you have just recently upgraded to a Premium license, you should have access to ConnectWise View within 30 minutes.
Basics
In a ConnectWise View session, a cameraperson uses their device to stream video back to a coordinator, who works with the cameraperson to solve a problem.
Browser requirements
There is no external client to install; your team member will navigate to the ConnectWise View site and join the session. ConnectWise View uses WebRTC and requires a compatible browser.

Get started
1. Install ConnectWise View from the Extension Marketplace
As a ScreenConnect administrator, open the Administration page and select Extensions. Click Browse Online Extensions to open the Extension Marketplace.
Next, in the search box, type "ConnectWise View." Click ConnectWise View Integration, and then click Install.
Close the Extension Marketplace window. You should see ConnectWise View listed on the Extensions page.
2. Launch ConnectWise View
Click the View icon in the left-most bar.
Note: You can only select the View icon from the Support, Meeting, or Access pages.
A new floating window will open in your instance, and the session timer will begin.
3. Invite your cameraperson to join the session
Your invitee will act as the cameraperson, sharing their live camera feed with you. Instruct them to navigate to https://cwview.com and enter the randomly-generated code as shown in your window.
Note: Your cameraperson will not need to download or install any software, but they may need to allow camera and microphone access on their device.
