Install the extension
1. Navigate to the Administration > Extensions page
2. Click Browse Extension Marketplace
3. Search for the Microsoft Teams extension
4. Click the extension and click Install
Create the incoming webhook from Teams
1. Open the Connectors window
Open Microsoft Teams. Select a channel and click on More options (…) > Connectors.
2. Find Incoming Webhook and select Add
A pop-up window will open. Make sure All is selected in the Category section on the left pane. Find Incoming Webhook, and click Add button to add Incoming Webhook.
3. In the Incoming Webhook window, click Add
In the new window, click the Add button.
Note: If the window doesn't stay open, you may need to repeat steps 1 & 2. The Add button will now be a Manage button. Click the Manage button.
4. Name the incoming webhook
Give webhook a Name, and change the image (Optional). Next, click the Create button.
5. Copy the webhook URL
Copy the URL and click the Done button. Save the webhook link for the next section.
Configure the extension
1. Return to your ScreenConnect instance
Navigate back to the Administration > Extensions page.
2. Click the Extras menu in the left navigation bar and select Configure Teams Integration
3. Enter the Teams webhook URL from the previous section in the Webhook URL field
4. Pick the session events that will trigger Teams notifications
By default, you'll receive a Teams notification each time a user requests a one-time administrator logon account or if they request a UAC elevation. To receive notifications for other events, such as when a end-user connects to a session, click the values in the Selected Session Events field to open a pop-up list of available events.
5. Click Save to save your changes
What's next
You should now receive notifications in Teams when your selected event or events are triggered.
