ITBoost Integrations
Overview
Click on a link below to access the instructions for setting up the integration with ITBoost. Access these options in the product by navigating to Settings > Integrations and clicking on the appropriate tab. You must be an Admin to access these screens.
Note: ITBoost also integrations with the following communication extensions. You will not find configuration instructions for these in the product because the set up is completed outside of ITBoost.

Refresh PSA Integration Sync
Refresh the sync with your PSA to ensure that ITBoost and your PSA integration are syncing the latest data.
To refresh the PSA sync:
- Navigate to Settings > Integrations > PSA tab.
- Click on your PSA integration.
- Click UPDATE. The sync is refreshed.
Delete an Integration
Deleting an integration also removes all of the information in ITBoost related to that application. This action can not be reversed.
To delete an integration:
- Navigate to Settings > Advanced Settings > Purge Data.
- Select the name of the integration under Organization.
- In the TYPE TEXT field, enter PURGE in all caps.
- Click SAVE. It may take up to an hour for the integration to be removed.
